Currently we are all facing one of the largest challenges of our time. The dynamics of events have now reached us all and therefore has forced us to switch into crisis mode. Our top priority during this period of great uncertainty is the health and safety of our employees and our customers.
Therefore we have implemented extensive measures to slow down and prevent the spread of the virus as much as possible and at the same time to maintain our operational business.
Herewith we would like to inform you about some of our measures:
- To protect everyone’s health, reduce the risk of the virus spreading and ensure our availability, we have introduced a two-shift operation. For better traceability, we have divided the team into manageable groups. Wherever possible our employees work from home.
- With only a few exceptions we try to avoid business trips and personal meetings with customers and suppliers. However, we are available to everyone almost around the clock by email or phone.
- Besides protecting our workforce our main attention is to take care of our customers and to guarantee the delivery of service and spare parts. In emergencies (e.g. vehicle failure or machine breakdown) we will be there to support our customers at any time. In the cases mentioned, please contact your contact person or direct your inquiries to us at any time via the channels you know.
- All public events have been canceled and our employees do not take part at any external public events until further information is available.
